Rendezvous Guides – introduction
If you are looking for a great guided tour, then you’ve come to the right place!
Specializing in Windsor, Henley and Marlow, but qualified to guide throughout Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Wiltshire, Hampshire and Dorset, we offer walking tours, comedy ghost walks, coach tour / boat commentary, treasure-hunts, talks and slide-shows.
We take individuals and also groups. Individuals can join scheduled walks in Windsor; groups can enjoy a tailor-made experience. We also offer a “walk-on-guide” service where we can join and leave your tour anywhere in our permitted guiding area. See “where we guide” page for details of our permitted guiding area.
Our repertoire is very versatile: all-encompassing: town or area overviews; countryside rambles; walks with a special theme (eg. historical, pubs, literary, Royal, Olympic Games); treasure hunts for corporate team-building or for children’s entertainment. If you don’t know the area, we can help you prepare an itinerary or give recommendations.
Creators of Windsor and Henley’s first-ever theatrical-style comedy ghost walks (entitled “High Spirits!”, “The Wayward Women of Windsor” and “Mischievous Men of Windsor”), we have performed at the Windsor Festival six years running to sell-out audiences. This is a perfect corporate entertainment option and has also been a popular choice for hen-nights or even children’s parties.
We are able to offer tours in English and French. Bobbie is also qualified in British Sign Language up to Level 3.1 and part way through studies to try for BSL Level 3.2.
