Debbie Keenan and Bobbie Latter met in 1999 while studying for the Southern Tourist Board’s NVQ Regional Blue Badge Guide Course. They have been guiding together in Windsor and the surrounding area since July 2001 under the name Rendez-Vous Tourist Guides.

Before taking their Blue Badge qualification, Debbie taught history and Bobbie was a tour guide in Europe.

Bobbie and Debbie have the same light-hearted sociable approach to guiding and see it as a mixture of education and entertainment. New interests include British Sign Language and jogging - watch out for these in the future!

They are co-authors of “Windsor, A History & Celebration” published in October 2004 for Ottakar’s and members of the Institute of Tourist Guides and Guild of Guide Lecturers. They are also voluntary stewards and Friends of St George’s Chapel, Windsor.
